We process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours using Courier Guy. Delivery typically takes an additional 48 hours after dispatch unless stated otherwise on the product page. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

We currently offer free delivery within South Africa.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return your item, we offer a 100% refund within one week of receiving the returned product, provided it is in its original condition.

How to Return an Item:

• Ensure the product is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
• Securely package the item to prevent damage during return shipping.
• The buyer is responsible for ensuring the safe return of the item to our warehouse.
