You may return your item(s) within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Customized or branded NFC devices (stands, cards, or other items with your logo or business details) are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive defective or damaged.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@reviewtap.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
π Exchanges

We will replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly programmed due to our error.

If you need to exchange your item for the same product, send us an email and return the item to the address below.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7β10 business days to your original method of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., faulty or damaged product).
