  • You may return your item(s) within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • Customized or branded NFC devices (stands, cards, or other items with your logo or business details) are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive defective or damaged.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at support@reviewtap.co.za with your order number and reason for return.


πŸ”„ Exchanges

  • We will replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly programmed due to our error.

  • If you need to exchange your item for the same product, send us an email and return the item to the address below.


πŸ’³ Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., faulty or damaged product).


🚚 Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item, unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
