Q: What if a customer’s phone doesn’t support NFC?
They simply scan the QR code with their phone’s camera. It’s built to work for everyone. Please note, only custom branded cards and stands have QR codes.
Q: Can I link to something other than Google Reviews?
Yes — we can direct users to Facebook reviews, WhatsApp, or a custom link.

Q: How do I upload my logo for custom branded products?
After you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to upload your logo. You can also send it directly to us via WhatsApp or email. We accept high-resolution PNG, JPG, or vector files.
Q: What do you need from me to complete a custom order?
We need:
Your logo (if applicable)
Your Google Review link (or Facebook/WhatsApp if preferred)
Stand or card selection
Once we have that, we handle the rest — programming, printing, and shipping.
Q: What if I don’t have a logo?
No problem — we can create a clean, text-based design using your business name or we can create a logo for you at a small fee. Just let us know in your order notes.
