Google Review Cards for Multiple Locations
Google review programmes for multi-site groups
The Branded Fleet programme puts a branded review capture point in every one of your locations, with each unit pointed at that location's own Google profile rather than a single group listing. Head office approves one design. Each site gets its own destination, configured and tested before dispatch. You get one view of rating and review volume across every branch. It starts at 10 locations, hardware is priced on the published volume ladder, and the group management layer is optional and monthly.
The problem this solves
A group with thirty branches does not have a review problem. It has thirty review problems, and no way to see them at once.
Typically three or four locations have strong ratings because a manager cares. A handful sit below four stars and are quietly costing the brand enquiries. Nobody at head office knows which is which until somebody complains, and the marketing team has no lever to pull because reviews are collected β or not collected β one branch at a time by people whose actual job is running a restaurant, a dealership or a practice.
Buying a box of review cards does not fix that. It gives thirty branches thirty more things to lose. The programme is the difference.
What the programme includes
Fleet Starter
10 to 24 locations
- Branded units at Multi-site volume pricing
- Per-location review destinations configured and tested before dispatch
- Group dashboard showing rating and review volume by location
- Artwork laid out to your brand standards, approved once by head office
- Phased delivery by region
Typical first order R12,000 to R28,000
Optional group management from R5,999/month
Fleet Network
25+ locations
- Everything in Starter, at Group or Network volume pricing
- Review response handled across the group
- Sentiment routing, so an unhappy customer reaches you privately before they reach Google
- Monthly group report by location and by region
- New-location onboarding kit, so every opening ships ready
- Named account contact
Typical first order R28,000 to R150,000
Optional group management from R9,500/month
Hardware can be bought without the monthly layer. Most groups start with hardware and add the management layer once review volume is arriving and somebody has to answer it.
Two ways to fund it
| Model | How it works | Suits |
|---|---|---|
| Central | Head office buys the hardware and the programme for the whole group in one order. | Corporate-owned estates, hospitality groups, dealer groups |
| Approved supplier | Head office approves the programme, sets the brand standard, and gets the group dashboard at no cost. Individual franchisees or branches buy their own kit at group pricing. | Franchise networks where franchisees control their own marketing spend |
The approved-supplier model is usually the faster route in a franchise network, because it does not require a central budget line. Head office is approving a supplier and a standard, not spending money.
Who this is built for
- Franchise groups. Where franchisee marketing spend is decentralised and brand consistency is centrally governed. Reviews are one of the few areas where head office can add measurable franchisee value without funding it.
- Hospitality and tourism groups. Hotels, lodges, guesthouse groups and restaurant groups, where Google and Tripadvisor ratings move bookings directly. Tripadvisor units run on the same programme.
- Motor retail and service networks. Dealer groups and service centres, where each site has its own listing and the service department is a separate review moment from the sales floor.
- Multi-practitioner practices. Medical, dental and allied practices with several sites or several practitioners, where the review moment is at reception and compliance-consciousness is high.
- Field-service and security operations. Where the review moment happens at a customer's premises rather than yours, and every vehicle or technician needs their own unit.
How a rollout runs
- Location list. Send us your sites. We find and verify the Google profile for each one and tell you which listings are incomplete or duplicated before we print anything, because a review pointed at the wrong listing is worse than no review.
- Baseline. We record current rating and review count for every location, so you can prove what the programme changed. This is the number most groups have never seen in one place.
- Artwork. One design, approved once, applied across the estate. Sent to your brand standard, proofed once, nothing prints until head office signs off.
- Configuration. Every unit programmed to its own location's destination and physically tested before it leaves.
- Phased dispatch. By region, so no site is storing stock and no rollout stalls waiting for the last batch.
- Review at 60 and 90 days against the baseline, by location.
What we will not do
Worth saying plainly, because in this category it is not a given.
- We do not sell reviews or generate them. Every review that arrives is from a real customer who chose to leave it.
- We do not filter customers before Google. Sentiment routing gives an unhappy customer a private channel first, which is a service recovery step, not a gate. Anyone who still wants to post publicly can, and always can.
- We do not lock the hardware to a subscription. If you stop the monthly programme, the cards keep working.
Review gating breaches Google's policies and puts the listing of every location in your group at risk at once. For a multi-site brand that is not a small risk, it is the whole estate. More on what Google actually permits β
Questions from group buyers
Can each branch have its own Google profile as the destination?
Yes, and it should. Each unit is programmed to the Google Business Profile of the specific branch it belongs to, so reviews land on the listing that the customer actually visited. Configuring per-location destinations is included at no extra cost, whatever the number of sites.
What if some of our locations do not have a Google profile yet?
We will tell you during the location audit in step one. Units for those sites either wait, or ship pointed at a temporary landing page and get repointed remotely once the listing is verified. Nothing needs reprinting.
Can head office see all locations in one view?
Yes. Rating and review volume by location is the core of the group dashboard, and it is what most groups have never had. On the approved-supplier model head office gets the dashboard even when franchisees are buying their own hardware.
How do you handle new locations opening?
Fleet Network includes an onboarding kit, so a new site ships ready on the same design and gets added to the dashboard. On Starter, new locations are added at your current tier pricing.
What does it cost for 40 locations?
At 40 units of custom branded stands that is R487 each, so roughly R19,500 for hardware, plus the optional group management layer from R9,500 a month. Cards instead of stands would be R337 each. Mixed estates are quoted on the total unit count.
Do franchisees have to participate?
Not on the approved-supplier model, which is part of why it closes faster. Head office approves the standard and franchisees opt in at group pricing. The dashboard shows participation, which tends to drive it.
How long does a 50-site rollout take?
Location audit and artwork typically run one to two weeks depending on how fast approvals move on your side. Print is 5 to 7 working days. Dispatch is phased by region from there.
