Volume pricing, published
Most suppliers make you ask. We publish, because if you are planning a rollout across twenty sites you need the number before you start a conversation, not after.

Who buys in bulk
Franchise and multi-site groups
One branded design, applied across every branch, with each unit pointed at that branch's own Google profile rather than a single group listing. Head office approves the artwork once. See the Branded Fleet programme.
Hospitality groups
Guesthouses, lodges and restaurant groups ordering per-room, per-table or per-reception units. Tripadvisor cards and stands are available on the same ladder.
Trades and field teams
One card per technician, handed over at the end of a job while the customer is standing there happy. This is the highest-converting review moment there is, and it needs volume because every van needs one.
Agencies and resellers
Partner pricing, neutral or white-label packaging so your client does not go direct, and artwork templates. Volume is measured on a rolling quarter.
What you actually get
- Your branding printed on every unit. Logo, colours, and your own call to action. Not a sticker on a generic card.
- NFC and QR on the same unit. Tap for modern phones, scan for everything else. No customer is ever locked out.
- Pre-programmed to the right destination. Each unit points at the specific Google profile, Tripadvisor listing or landing page you nominate. On multi-site orders that means a different destination per location, configured and tested before it ships.
- No app, no battery, no subscription required to use the hardware. The card works the day it arrives and keeps working.
- Destination changes without reprinting. If you move premises or your listing changes, we repoint the units. You do not buy new cards.
How a bulk order runs
- Tell us the quantity and the number of locations. Those are the only two numbers we need to quote.
- Same-day quote against the published ladder. No negotiation theatre, the ladder is the price.
- Artwork. Send a logo and we lay it out, or send print-ready artwork. One round of proofing is included, and nothing prints until you approve it.
- Destinations configured. We collect the Google profile for each location and test every link before print.
- Print and dispatch. 5 to 7 working days for custom print, then courier. Large orders can be phased by region so you are not storing stock.
A real order
Sekuriteit Sonder Grense ordered 44 custom branded cards, 3 stands and 3 smart landing pages. At the Group tier that is R337 a card and R487 a stand. Every card carried their branding and pointed at their Google profile, and the field team started handing them over at the end of callouts.
KMG and Iso'Bella Vita run the same pattern at different scales. The common thread is that none of them wanted a box of cards. They wanted every location covered with one decision.
The integrity position
We supply the hardware that makes it easy for a real customer to leave a real review. We do not sell reviews, we do not generate them, and we will not filter out unhappy customers before they reach Google. Review gating breaches Google's policies and puts your listing at risk, which is a strange thing to buy. Everything ReviewTap sells is compliant with Google's review policies because all it does is shorten the distance between a happy customer and the review form they were always allowed to fill in.
Questions we get on every bulk enquiry
What is the minimum order for bulk pricing?
Five units. The discount starts at 10% and increases at 10, 25, 50 and 100 units.
Can each location point at its own Google profile?
Yes, and this is the normal setup for multi-site orders. Each unit is programmed to the Google profile of the branch it belongs to, so reviews land on the right listing. We configure and test every destination before the order prints.
How long does a bulk order take?
Custom print is 5 to 7 working days before dispatch, then courier time. Orders above 100 units can be phased so the first region is live while the rest is still printing.
Can I mix cards and stands in one order?
Yes. The ladder applies to the total unit count across the order, not per product, so a mixed order of 30 cards and 10 stands is priced at the 25 to 49 tier.
Do you ship outside South Africa?
ReviewTap is a South African business supplying South African customers. We courier nationwide. For orders outside South Africa, ask and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right supplier.
What happens if our Google listing changes?
We repoint the units remotely. The printed card does not need to be replaced.
Is there a monthly fee?
Not on the hardware. Cards and stands are a once-off purchase and work indefinitely. Group review management, response handling and per-location reporting are a separate optional programme, priced monthly, and you can buy the hardware without it.
