📦 Ordering & Customization

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to upload your logo. You can also send it directly to us via WhatsApp or email. We accept high-resolution PNG, JPG, or vector files. We then send you a mock-up so you can check your logo looks right on the design before we print.
We need your logo (if applicable), your Google Review link (or Facebook/WhatsApp if preferred), and your stand or card selection. Once we have that, we handle the rest: programming, printing, and shipping.
No problem, we can create a clean text-based design using your business name, or create a logo for you at a small fee. Just let us know in your order notes.

Standard (stock) products are dispatched within 2 business days, then take 1 to 2 business days to main centres and 3 to 5 to outlying areas with The Courier Guy. Custom branded orders (with your logo) are printed and dispatched within 5 to 7 business days after you approve your mock-up.
Standard (stock) items carry a 14-day money-back guarantee if they are unused and in their original packaging. Custom items are made with your logo, so they can only be returned if faulty. That is why we send you a mock-up first: you check that your logo looks right on the design, and we only print once you approve it.
